Install Synq
Install Synq from the Shopify App Store. It opens inside your Shopify admin and changes nothing in your store until you add or link a product.

Install from the Shopify App Store
- 1Open the Synq page on the Shopify App Store.
- 2Click install and pick the store you want to use.
- 3Review the access Shopify shows and approve it.
- 4Synq opens inside your Shopify admin on Set up synq.
What Synq can see and change
Shopify asks you to approve this access when you install.
- Products: products, variants, prices, images, SKUs, barcodes, collections and Cost per item.
- Stock: quantities at each of your locations.
- Sales channels: which channels a product is published to.
- Theme: your theme's product templates, read only.
No orders or customers
Synq has no access to your orders, customers or payments. It stores no customer details.
What you see first
Synq starts on Set up synq and stays there until you pick at least one game you sell.
After that, the left menu shows Home, Add products, Inventory, Price rules and Settings.
Nothing is copied from your store when you install. Products you already sell stay as they are until you link them.
Good to know
- Your products are safe. Installing doesn't create, edit or delete anything in Shopify.
- Next step: The setup takes a couple of minutes and makes your first price rule.
