Find and filter products
Inventory lists every product Synq manages. Search, filter and save the views you use every day.
Open Inventory
Click Inventory in the left menu. Home and Add products call the same page My products.
Tabs show All, one tab per game, and Views.
Search
Search all products looks in the card name, Shopify title, set name and code, number, printing, UPC, TCGplayer ID, SKU and barcode.
Every word has to match, so Charizard PAF narrows to one set.
Filters and sort
Sort by date created, product name, set name, price, cost or margin.
- Vendor: the game. Shown when you sell 2 or more games.
- Condition
- Stock: In stock or Sold out.
- Formula: Follows its rule, Market price, Market + % or Market - %.
- Price rules: Excluded from rules.
- Set name and Product type
- Imported from: shown after an import.
Save a view
A view saves your filters, search and sort. Click Save as view and name it.
Change a view and click Update with its name to save it again. You can also rename or delete it.
Two views come ready: Own formula and Excluded from rules.
Columns and rows
Pick columns with Columns: Printing, Rarity, Number, Stock, Exceptions, Market, Listed, Cost, Margin and Minimum. The choice is saved for your whole store.
Expand a product to see one line per condition and location, with its stock, market price, cost and Listed price.
Each row can Set as active or Set as draft, and open the card on TCGplayer or the product in Shopify.
Good to know
- No filter for status, tags, collections or rarity. Show the Rarity column and sort instead.
- Listed is the price on Shopify. Editing it sets an exception. See Exceptions.
