Edit many products at once
Select products in Inventory to change stock, cost, conditions or exceptions for all of them at once.

Tick the rows you want, or filter first and click Select all N matching.

The four panels
- Stock: add, remove or set a quantity for one condition at one location. Remove never goes below 0.
- Cost: a share of the market price or an amount, for one condition or all. Tick Replace costs already set to overwrite. Prices don't change.
- Conditions: remove conditions. This deletes those variants in Shopify.
- Exceptions: set a formula, a minimum, excluded conditions or your price.
What bulk edit doesn't do
- Tags: Synq doesn't add tags.
- Sales channels per product, archiving and exporting.
- Adding conditions: add a condition from Add products.
- Prices: set prices with a price rule or an exception.
Good to know
- Delete can't be undone. The products are removed from your Shopify store too.
- Unlink keeps the product. To manage it again, use Link products you already have.
