Uninstall Synq
Uninstall Synq from your Shopify admin. Your products stay in your store.

Uninstall
- 1In your Shopify admin, open Settings › Apps.
- 2Find Synq and click Uninstall.
What happens
- Your products stay in Shopify with their prices, stock and details.
- Prices stop updating. No rule runs after you uninstall.
- About 48 hours later, Shopify asks Synq to erase your store's data, and Synq does.
Install again
Within 48 hours, Synq picks up where you left off.
After that, Synq starts fresh. You go through the setup again, and you may need to link your products again with Link products you already have.
Good to know
- To stop paying only, move to the Free plan instead. See Billing, upgrades and cancelling.
- Stop one product without uninstalling: Inventory › ⋯ › Unlink from synq.
