Adding stock

Add cards and sealed

Search a card or sealed product in Add products, pick the printing and condition, and Synq creates the Shopify product with its price.

Search inside a set with @

  • @ alone lists the latest sets.
  • @ plus a code or name, like @paf or @paldean fates, suggests sets. Enter or Tab picks the first one.
  • A picked set shows as a chip. With an empty search you see the whole set in order.
  • To remove a set, click × on the chip or press Backspace.

Read the results

Cards already in your store come first, under In your store. Everything else is under More results, 50 per page.

Each card has one row per printing, with its market price in your currency and your stock.

Click a printing's row to add it.

Add a card

You add one condition at a time. To stock a Near Mint and a Lightly Played copy, add the card twice.

  1. 1Pick the condition. Each condition button shows its price. Sealed products are always Unopened.
  2. 2Pick the printing and the location, if the card or your store has more than one.
  3. 3Set the quantity.
  4. 4Check the price. The chip next to it says which rule or exception sets it.
  5. 5Check the status in the footer: Creating as Draft or Active. Click it to switch.
  6. 6Click Add to store, or press Enter.

Add more of a card you already have

When the printing is already in your store, the quantity is added to that condition at that location. You see "Stock updated".

A condition you didn't have yet becomes a new variant on the same product.

Adding stock keeps the card's current price. The next run of its rule updates it.

More options before you add

  • Pricing configuration: see the rule that prices the card, set an exception, and enter what you paid. See Exceptions and Cost and margin.
  • Title and collection for a new product, plus its search engine title and description.
  • Point of Sale: the SKU and barcode, shown when Shopify POS is installed.
  • Photo: the printing's photo or the card image.

Good to know

  • No market price. If TCGplayer has no price for that condition, type Your price to add it.
  • Your own photos can't be uploaded from Synq. Add them to the product in Shopify.
  • Plan limit. At your plan's product limit the add is refused. See Plans and product limits.
  • Many cards at once. Use Import a spreadsheet.
